In den Kursen 8, 9 und 10 lernen Sie, alltägliche Ausdrücke und ganz einfache Sätze, die Sie im Alltag benötigen, zu verstehen und zu verwenden. Sie erwerben Wortschatz und Strukturen, um Angaben zu Ihrer Person zu machen  und anderen Leuten Fragen zu ihrer Person zu stellen.

Voraussetzungen: nur für Studierende ohne Vorkenntnisse

Kurs 9 ist ein Online-Kurs. Der Kurs wird in zwei Gruppen geteilt, die sich während der Kurszeit zweimal in der Woche für je 45 Minuten in Zoom treffen, um dort mündliche Kommunikation zu trainieren. Außerdem bekommen Sie in Moodle Aufgaben, die Sie zu einem festen Termin abgeben müssen. Um ECTS und/oder einen Schein zu bekommen, müssen Sie

• an 80 Prozent der Treffen in Zoom teilnehmen,
• 80 Prozent der Aufgaben in Moodle erledigen und
• die Portfolio-Prüfung erfolgreich ablegen.

Portfolioprüfung: Mündliche Leistung (50%), Schriftliche Leistung (50%)

German - Elementary level A1

In courses 08, 09 and 010 you will learn to understand and use expressions and simple sentences for everyday life. You will acquire vocabulary and language structures in order to talk about yourself, places and time and in order to ask others about these topics.

Entry requirement: for beginners only

Course 08 and 10 will take place in person at ZEMS. To receive ECTS/a certificate, you will have to

• regularly attend the course (at least 80 percent) and
• pass the continuous assessment.

Course 09 is an online course. The class will be divided into two groups. Each group will meet in Zoom twice a week for 45 minutes during the course time (see schedule), where you will have many opportunities for oral communication. In addition, you will need to complete different tasks in Moodle. To receive ECTS/a certificate, you will have to

• take part in at least 80 percent of the Zoom meetings,
• submit 80 percent of the tasks in Moodle,
• pass the continuous assessment.

Like in any other German course, it will be necessary to work autonomously in addition, e.g. repeat vocabulary and grammar, do homework or prepare the next zoom meeting (flipped classroom). You will receive more detailed information at the beginning of the course.

Sie lernen Wörter und Strukturen kennen, um über sich selbst zu sprechen und alltägliche Aufgaben (z. B. Orientierung in der Universität und der Stadt, Informationen erfragen, einkaufen) zu lösen. Sie üben, kurze Briefe oder E-Mails zu schreiben und Informationen aus kurzen Texten oder Durchsagen zu entnehmen.

Die Kurse 11 und 12 finden in Präsenz in der ZEMS statt. Kurs 14 ist ein Hybridkurs mit Treffen in Präsenz und in Zoom. Um ECTS und/oder einen Schein zu bekommen, müssen Sie

• regelmäßig teilnehmen (mindestens 80 Prozent) und
• die Portfolio-Prüfung erfolgreich ablegen.
  

Kurs 13 ist ein Online-Kurs. Während der Kurszeit treffen Sie sich in Zoom, um dort zu kommunizieren und verschiedene Aufgaben zu bearbeiten. Um ECTS und/oder einen Schein zu bekommen, müssen Sie

• an mindestens 80 Prozent der Treffen in Zoom teilnehmen und

Wie in jedem anderen Deutschkurs müssen Sie natürlich auch außerhalb des Kurses selbstständig lernen, Hausaufgaben erledigen und die Zoom-Treffen vor- und nachbereiten. Genauere Informationen bekommen Sie zu Kursbeginn.

In course 11, 12, 13 and 14 you will learn how to communicate in common situations at university or in everyday life. You will get to know words and language structures to talk about yourself and fulfill everyday needs (e.g. orientation at a university and in the city, request information, shopping). You will practice writing short letters or emails and obtaining information from short texts or announcements.

Entry requirement: Successfull completion of level A1 at ZEMS - If this is your first German course at ZEMS, or your last German course at ZEMS was more than a year ago, please take the online assessment test first and book a course on the recommended level. In the first lesson you will be asked to present your result in the assessment test.
