The ZEMS Course Program for the upcoming semester will be available online at our website from October. The online registration is only possible for TU students.

TU students may
register online via our website .
If courses are already full you can enter your e-mail address online on a waiting list.
Here  you can assess your language competency online before the enrollment starts. The placement test is obligatory for students with prior language knowledge who have not completed a previous language level at ZEMS in the past year successfully.
Pre-registration for outgoing students
Students who have received a commitment from the International Affairs Department for a place in an exchange program can register for a language course in the language of the destination country by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org  by October 10th, 2022. Please indicate the desired course number and attach the confirmation from the International Affairs Department.
In order to cancel your registration, you must
inform the ZEMS office (and not only the instructor of the course) by
mail , fax or personally within 7 days of the start of the course.
The cancellation of intensive course has to be announced within 2 days
of the start of the course. Please note that it is not a cancellation
of a course if you don’t show up. If you cancel in time, the course
fees will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 5.00€.
As soon as a spot has become available, several persons on the waiting lists will be informed automatically, offering them the possibility of registration. All applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students from other universities may attend ZEMS courses, which take place in the classroom, if places are available. Please send an email to email@example.com  as of October 24th 2022, in order to get to know if there are spots available.
Fees apply for all ZEMS courses. Please consult
the TU terms and conditions  for further details. For course
payment, the ZEMS uses what is called a „Lastschriftverfahren“
(direct debit). We will withdraw the fees approximately one week after
the course start. Please note, that fees always apply for the whole
course, a payment of single hours is not possible.
For all ZEMS courses the following fees for courses apply:

According to TU rules the
account holder pays any bank charges if it was not possible to
withdraw the course fee from your bank account.

Cancellation of a course
